What the service involves

We drain water pipes and add system freeze protection where appropriate for your caravan. The scope is confirmed for your particular water and heating system before the work is carried out.

Arrange access before the park closes

Send your park name, postcode, pitch number and planned closing date. Let us know about access arrangements and provide photos or details of your boiler and water system. We will confirm availability and the work required.

Protecting your caravan through winter

A drain down helps reduce the risk of damage from water freezing, but does not remove every freeze risk. Follow your caravan manufacturer’s and park’s winter preparation guidance alongside the agreed service.

The service covers water pipe draining and appropriate system freeze protection for the agreed caravan system. We confirm suitability and the work included before arranging your visit. Any separate repairs or additional work are discussed and quoted first.
